WALT:use a variety of multiplication strategies to solve problems.

I was able to use different strategies to help me solve math problems.

Next time I will be able to

• When I am compensating I have to do the opposite of what I did at the beginning. DO NOT add and add, DO NOT subtract and subtract.

Quotation Marks

WALT:use a wide range of advance punctuation correctly.

I was able to identify what parts of my writing was speaking so I know when to use quotation marks consistently.

Next time I will have to know :

• When the character/s are speaking.
• Know whether the sentence is punctuated properly
• Know whether the character is speaking or having a thought

Compare & Contrast

WALT: compare and contrast birthdays
I was able to find the differences between 2017 & 1967 birthdays on a venn diagram.

Next time I will be able to

• think of more things that is related to the topic/s
• have a little bit of knowledge of the 2 topics

ANZAC Facts

Walt: find and summarise information by choosing the most important information and linking it back to the topic.

I was able to summarise the most important information and link it back to the topic.  I had to find the most important piece of information from a document of ANZAC and choose which piece of information and estimate between wether it is important and relates to the topic or wether it is a good piece of information.
Next time I will :

• Remember to link the information back to the topic.
• Choose the most important piece of information.
• Find and summarise the information in my own words.
